These terms govern use of service-wirecore.world and commissions placed with Service Wirecore, 74 Fox Lane,Blythe Bridge,ST11 7XB,United Kingdom. By sending a brief or paying a retainer you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not instruct us.

What we supply

We supply sourcing searches, consultations, condition notes, archival folios, and written briefs on NFT comic collector editions of Scarlet Witch chaos-magic issues. We do not sell a software product, a subscription, or a guaranteed grade. Marvel characters and story titles remain the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with Marvel or any publisher of NFT comic drops.

Briefs and retainers

A sourcing retainer covers the written want-list and first shortlist. It does not purchase a comic. Purchases happen only after you approve a named copy in writing. Folio work begins when the pamphlets are listed in studio and the agreed deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Our condition notes, run maps, photographs taken in studio, and folio designs are ours. You may keep copies for your collection records. You may not republish the notes as a commercial grading guide. Comic art, issue numbering, and NFT comic files remain with their rights holders; we do not transfer those rights.

Accuracy and limits

Condition notes are opinions based on examination, not certificates. Predicted grade bands can be wrong. NFT comic briefs describe the object and the publisher’s collector terms as we read them at the time of writing; transfer rules can change. We are not responsible for a marketplace listing that alters after our brief.

Liability

We take reasonable care of copies while they are in the Fox Lane studio. Our liability for loss or damage of a client copy while in our custody is limited to the lower of the price you documented on arrival or the cost of a comparable replacement search, except where death or personal injury is caused by our negligence, or where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for collector-market price movement, missed auctions you chose not to attend, or unofficial prints you asked us not to open.

Site use

Do not scrape the field notes to train a commercial model without permission, and do not present our folio map as a publisher checklist. Links to this site are welcome if they are not misleading about affiliation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect copies in our custody.

Changes

We may update these terms for new commission types. The version on this page on the day you instruct us applies to that instruction.
