What we collect

From a brief: name, email, optional studio date, the commission type, issue runs or NFT comic drop titles you mention, and the message. If you visit the studio we may also keep a list of copies left in our custody (title, number, defects you declared). We do not ask for wallet keys, grading-account passwords, or payment-card numbers through the site form.

Why we hold it

To answer the brief, to source or house the named Scarlet Witch issues, to invoice retainers, and to keep a custody list while copies are on the table. Lawful bases are contract (carrying out the commission) and legitimate interests (studio records, defending a dispute about a copy’s arrival condition). Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a commission are deleted after 18 months. Custody lists and invoices are kept for six years after the job ends, which matches how long a dispute about a folio or a sourced copy can reasonably arise. Photographs we take for condition notes are kept with the job file unless you ask us to destroy them after handover.

Who we share with

Couriers when you ask us to ship. Dealers or auctioneers only to the extent needed to bid or buy a copy you approved. We do not sell collector lists. Our website host may process connection logs as a processor.

International transfers

If a named copy sits with an overseas dealer, we may send your first name and the issue number to that dealer. Where that means a transfer outside the UK, we do so because the transfer is necessary to perform the sourcing contract with you, or we use another lawful transfer tool. NFT comic transfer records may involve publisher systems outside the UK; we will tell you before we use those channels on your behalf.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, corrections, erasure where we have no overriding need to keep a custody record, restriction, and objection to legitimate-interest processing. You may complain to the ICO. To exercise rights, write to hello@service-wirecore.world.

Children

We do not take commissions from children. Briefs should come from an adult collector or an adult acting for a household collection.
